BID NOTICE

Sealed proposals will be received by Oakland Township of Butler County, at 565 Chicora Road, Butler PA 16001 until 1:00 PM on December 3, 2025 to be opened at approximately 7:00 PM during the monthly Board of Supervisors Meeting for the following:

 

1: Oakland Township 125 N. Butler Church Road LABOR associated with Site Preparation & Development per plan documents.

Prevailing wage rates shall apply.  Liquidated damages apply.  Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality and in a sealed envelope marked “Bid for Letting: December 3, 2025”. 

 

Bid Packet requests by can be made by potential contractors interested in submitting a bid by emailing oaklandtwp@zoominternet.net or by calling 724-287-8067 and leaving a message.

 

Please include your full name, number, email address and the name of the company placing a bid.

 

Winning bidder will be provided the necessary cat file and control points.  Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Oakland Township. A performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
