BID NOTICE

Sealed proposals will be received by the Oakland Township of Butler County, at 565 Chicora Road, Butler PA 16001 until 1:00 PM and opened at 7:00 PM on May 6, 2026 for the following:

ITEM 1:    +/- 1000 Ton 2A

ITEM 2:    +/- 1000 Ton 2B

ITEM 3:    +/- 1000 Ton 3

Please bid all FOB and delivered.  Liquidated Damages Apply.  Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.  Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Oakland Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
