Sealed proposals will be received by Oakland Township of Butler County, at 565 Chicora Road, Butler PA 16001 until 1:00 PM on November 4, 2026 to be opened at approximately 7:00 PM during the monthly Board of Supervisors Meeting for the following:
1: 40' of 12” N-12 F2648.ST IB.
2: 440' of 15” N-12 F2648.ST IB.
3: 220' of 18” N-12 F2648.ST IB.
4: 60' of 36” N-12 F2648.ST IB.
5: 80' of 48” N-12 F2648.ST IB.
6: (2) 2x2x2 Catch Basin & Grate
Liquidated Damages Apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality and in a sealed envelope marked “Materials: November 4, 2026”. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Oakland Township. The Municipality reserved the right to reject any or all proposals.

4: Labor per Project/Spec Sheet (Attachments 1A & 1B)
Liquidated damages apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality and in a sealed envelope marked “Labor/Stone: November 4, 2026”. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Oakland Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
