Road / Street Opening

Protecting our roads and the large investment we have in our roads is essential. No public streets of the Township of Oakland, be opened or cut by a person, firm, corporation or utility without first securing a permit in accordance with the Township Code.

Permits are to be obtained prior to performing openings, excavations, or other work in the Township’s Public Road Rights-of-Way.  Plan submission is required prior to the issuance of a permit.
Road bonds as necessary.

2. Road bond, if required.

3. Associated Fees - See Fee Schedule
