Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program

Targeted Impact Areas

The Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program is open to eligible homeowners in several targeted impact areas. We currently have funding in the following areas:

• Center/Oakland Townships

• Concord, Clay, Worth and Slippery Rock Townships

• Jefferson Township

• Muddy Creek, Portersville, and Franklin Townships

• Penn Township

• Summit, Donegal, and Clearfield Townships

Funding Uses

Funding may be used for a variety of improvements to your home including: windows, roofing, electric, plumbing, heating, and obvious structural defects.

Funding is limited, and not all eligible residents are guaranteed assistance.

Program Guidelines

Program guidelines include:

• Manufactured housing must have a permanent foundation

• Home must be owner occupied

• Income-based eligibility

• Must meet additional grant guidelines
